Conveyor belt
Carrier roll
Return roll
With PU rings in the middle, you avoid mass sticking and spillage. Rubber rings on the sides ensure that the conveyor belt is stable.
Tension station
Tighten the band easily to avoid wear. Has attachment for bearing on turning drum up to Ø75 mm shaft
Including tightening screws and slide with holes for bearing brackets.
Drive station
Filling box
Picks up spills and splashes from feeders or transitions from one conveyor to another. Has several rollers to withstand the extra load from feeding. Also dampens stone to protect conveyor belts.
Roof construction
Prevents fine particles from sticking together in the event of precipitation. Increases safety by shielding operators from moving parts.
Our patented C-1 opening and closing function allows quick access to the belt from both sides without disassembling the cover. Only two bolts need to be loosened.
Is self-supporting and requires no structure.
Walkway
Wide walkways ensure good access during production and maintenance.

Safety net
Ensures that body parts do not get pinched during operation. Increases safety in the work.
Emergency stop
Placed at the bottom of the conveyor so that the conveyor belt can be stopped immediately. A short distance from ground level.
Safety line
Safety line runs along the entire conveyor belt. It is possible to stop the belt wherever you are on the walkway.
Dust suppression
Nozzles with high pressure of air and water. The water is converted into particles (mist) of the same size as dust particles. It catches the dust, which then falls to rest. You don’t have to breathe dust and unhappy neighbours.
Speed monitor
Perversion guard
Notifies you if the conveyor belt is going crooked. This way you can ensure that the tape does not wear or grind on the construction. Increases the lifetime of the conveyor.
Pre-scratch
Pre-scraping ensures that all the material leaves the belt in the right place, instead of following it back. You get less spillage.
Tungsten carbide in PU provides a sharp edge that cleans well and provides a long service life. The 100 mm segments provide a controlled pressure against the belt. Replace one segment at a time.

Fine scraping
Captures what the pre-scraper fails to remove from the belt. Pre-scraping and fine scraping in combination provide the best cleaning of the belt.

Plow
Placed in front of the turning drum on the return side of the belt. Prevents foreign bodies from damaging conveyor belts.

Steering wheel
Ensures that the band is held in place, thus avoiding distortion. Can be mounted independently or on a tracker.

The board plate
The PU disc is mounted directly on the return roll. Prevents warping on conveyor belts. Return rollers are supplied both with and without the guide plate.

Tracker
Tracker centers conveyor belts automatically. If the belt comes into contact with a guide roller on the side, the tracker changes angle and guides the belt straight. Everything happens automatically.
