Special tool for disassembling the Nockin bar

We have developed a special tool that simplifies the disassembly and replacement of the Nockin bar (adapter strip) in the screening machine.
The tool enables quick and efficient loosening and replacement of the bar.

The Nockin bar is an adapter strip that is driven into mounting slots in the screening machine and acts as a locking mechanism for the screen cloth. These bars need to be replaced regularly, but loosening the ends to remove them can be a difficult and time-consuming task.

To solve this challenge, we at Nordic Bulk have created a special tool that releases the Nockin bar quickly and in a controlled manner.
