After years of experience with stone crushing facilities, we know how critical it is when a conveyor belt snaps. That is why we have found ourselves driving into the Friday night, on our way to help customers who has experienced plant breakdowns.
We are also preoccupied with preventing breakdowns. After fitting a conveyor belt, it is important that the operators understand the structure of a conveyor system, and how they should calibrate their equipment to avoid new breakdowns.
This is why we now are offering a new course in the correct maintenance of conveyors.

V3 Programme
Courses for better maintenance
There is great added value in coursing operators in how to perform correct maintenance. In the “V3 Programme”, a site inspection of the operator’s plant is first carried out, making the course customized for the operator’s plant.
At the end of the programme, we’ll visit to control and give feedback on the measures taken.
