Wima is the market’s most solid supplier with a long track record. They have expertise in quarrying and other industries.
Sieves in XL format
To maximize production, WIMA has developed screening machines in XL format. They can create surfaces up to 24 square meters per screen deck. It will be a full 3,000 mm wide and 8,000 mm long.
All sieves can be supplied with washing and/or dewatering.

Strong sieve coverage
The longitudinal supports are bolted, which makes it possible to avoid weak welds that weaken the cross member. They are also rubberized to prevent wear and tear.
Side walls and all components are made with high precision using computerized laser cutting.
Longer lifespan with unique catalyst
The total weight of the catalytic converter is greatly reduced, which results in a longer service life because much of the load on the bearing disappears. They manage Wima by mounting the disc that creates circular, linear or elliptical vibration on either side of the sieve to a solid shaft. The imbalance is only generated by the disks. Since the weight is mounted at the end of the blade, they make better use of gravity and the weights on the blade are smaller than many other sifters.
When it comes to elliptical sieves, WIMA stands out in the market. Elliptical screening machines are designed with a combination of circular and linear vibrators. The vibration patterns overlap and can be individually adjusted with electronic control.
As the solder utilizes gravity, less weight is needed, resulting in less wear and tear and a longer service life.
Complete sealing around the entire vibration mechanism ensures a long service life, as there is no contamination getting in and no loss of oil from the bearing.
In both bearing housings, oil is sprayed around by the rotating plates. It is therefore not necessary to fill oil into the axle protection tube. The bearings cannot be over-lubricated and are always supplied with the optimal amount of oil.
Modular screen covers allow you to combine different hole sizes and PU hardnesses. The right type and placement can do wonders for the properties of the sieve. We have all tablecloths from Kûper and Isenmann.
Screen cloth analysis
The right screen cloth for the material you’re producing is hugely important. For some, metal finger sifters are suitable, for others a combination of different hole sizes and hardness of PU, and some steel cloth. There is no single answer, and the only way to find an optimal solution is through screen cloth analysis.
