KISA Combined Liners

KISA – combined liners are used for bulk material that is difficult to transport. The port and conveyor are assembled into one unit using a junction box. Vertical, bolted blades under the port base ensure the bulk material down to the feed belt, thus preventing uncontrolled breakout. The gap between the gate housing and the junction box – when the gate is opened – closes with long sealing rods, bolted to the front sides of the base plate. Then, down to the outlet head of the casing belt, a closed material stream of KISA casing units is realized.

KISA electrically operated sliding gates

KISA – electrically operated sliding doors are constructed in a modular design. All frame parts are bolted to each other and each individual part can be replaced in case of wear. The drive unit is located in the center and protected between the side bar. The port bottom is significantly reduced and therefore provides the prerequisites for a good drainage of wet bulk material. All sheet metal parts are hot-dip galvanized. Drive shaft, pinion, rack and pinion and slide rails are galvanically coated. Installed limit switches mark the positions “Open” and “Closed”.

KISA dosing belts

KISA dosing belts are used for gravimetric as well as volumetric dosing of bulk material. The design is modular, as for the gates, i.e. Each individual part is bolted and can be changed in case of wear. Discharge capacities up to 2500 t/h are possible. The latest technology of AC drives allows absolutely continuous control for any area. So, for example, the capacity control of the KISA Standard belt D800 covers the range 0-600t/h.
