Conveyor Belts
Heavy-duty conveyor belts are integrated with the conveyor system. All our belts are extensively tested at our factories, and our abrasion resistance requirements are stricter than the standard norm. See all conveyor belts
Carryer Rolls
Return rolls
With PU rings in the middle, you’ll avoid sticking and spillage. Rubber rings on each side make sure that the conveyor belt is stable.
Tightening Station
Easily tighten the belt to avoid degradation. “Har feste for lager på vendetrommel opp til Ø75 mm aksling. Inkludert strammeskruer og sleide med hull for lagerbukker.”
Engine Station
Encased in galvanized steel to protect against injuries and floating dust. Can be delivered with noise dampening within the chamber. Motor and gear in relation to length of belt and mass/weight. Can be fitted with fastening point for “momentarm til gir.”
Filling Case
Receives spillage and spattering from feeder or transfers from one conveyor to another. Contains several rolls to endure extra feeding load. Will also cushion the conveyor belt from being damaged by falling stones.
Roofing
Prevents finely crushed masses to paste up when raining. Increases safety for operators as they are shielded from moving parts. Our patented C-1 open and close function gives easy access to the belt from both sides without having to disassemble the structure. Only two bolts need to be loosened. The roof is self-contained and needs no extra superstructure.
Walkways
Wide walkways ensure easy access during production and maintenance. Built according to the Machinery Directive.
Safety Net
Makes sure that body parts do not come into contact with moving parts. Increases safety in the plant.
Emergency Stop
Placed at the lowest point of the conveyor, to ensure that it can be stopped immediately. Short distance from ground level.
Safety Line
The safety line runs along the entire conveyor belt. It is possible to stop the belt anywhere along the walkway.
Dust alleviation
Nozzles spray out high pressurized air and water. The water is turned to particles (fog) of the same size as dust particles. The fog catches the dust, making it fall to the ground. No need to breathe dust – and no discontented neighbours.
Speed Meter
Logs the speed of the conveyor belt, sending a signal to the control system to adjust speed automatically.
Skew Meter
Alerts you if the conveyor belt starts running askew, ensuring that the belt does not tear or grind on the construction. Increases working life of the conveyor belt.
Volume Scale
The volume scale uses ultrasound to measure how many tons you produce. This gives total control of how much the plant produces at all times.

Front Scraper
A front scraper ensures that all materials leave the belt at its correct spot, instead of hanging on when it returns. You will definitely have less spillage.
Tungsten carbide in PU gives a sharp edge that cleans well and has a long working life. The segments of 100 mm give a controlled pressure on the belt. Refit only one segment at the time.

Fine Scraper
Catches what the front scraper does not. A combination of the front scraper and the fine scraper results in the best belt cleaning.

Plough
Placed before the “vendetrommel” on the return side of the belt. Prevents foreign matter from harming the conveyor belt.
Supplied in widths of 500–1600 mm.

Control Roll
Ensures that the belt is kept in place, avoiding skew. Can be fitted on its own or on a tracker.

Control Dish
PU dish is fitted directly onto return roll. Prevents conveyor belt from running askew. Return rolls are supplied both with or without control dishes.

Tracker
The tracker centers the conveyor belt automatically. If the belt touches a steering roll on either side, the tracker adjusts the angle and makes the belt run straight. Everything happens automatically.
